I run a Pet Food Co-operative that receives about 800 pounds of local grass-fed beef for members every week. Members feed their dogs and cats a raw-meaty-bones diet. We have to cut up the 800 pounds of beef into members' orders. That's a lot of meat cutting. I bought good knives for the meat cutters,and this sharpener keep the knives very sharp and east to use.

After 6-months of use, I can say that this is a great knife sharpener.
